YUAN LUNG MACHINING WORKS and ROUTMAC INDUSTRY CO., LTD. share the same team and factory.
YUAN LUNG covers the full woodworking range: sawing, routing, shaping, tenoning, finger jointing, panel clamping, sanding, edge banding, drilling, tool grinding and auxiliary equipment.
ROUTMAC is our CNC router line, with common controller principles, spindle and tool-magazine specifications, and inspection standards.

Before a machine leaves the factory
Stress relief
Heat treatment relieves internal stress in the base to help retain accuracy over time.
Ballbar testing
Circular tests check roundness and geometric accuracy during coordinated three-axis motion.
Laser inspection
Each machine is tested for positioning, repeatability, screw pitch error and backlash. Full-travel accuracy: ±0.03 mm.
Tool setting
Manual tool setting checks machining depth accuracy of 0.01 m/m; tool-length compensation is recorded before shipment.

- ISO 30 umbrella tool magazine with Japanese retention springs
- Precision ground ball screws and heavy-duty linear guideways
- German sealed cable channels to protect wiring from chips and dust

- Infrared safety light curtains and an outfeed control station
