Italian HSD spindle
ES-951, S6 9.6 KW / S1 8 KW, up to 24,000 RPM. Air cooling and tool-shank cleaning during tool changes; ISO30 tooling.

Umbrella tool magazine
Eight tool positions in a one-piece aluminum magazine with Japanese springs for secure tool retention.

Direct servo drive
Servo motors drive ball screws through couplings. Sealed German cable channels and automatic lubrication support reliable operation.

Individual laser inspection
Positioning, repeatability, screw pitch error and backlash are tested. Full-travel positioning accuracy: ±0.03 mm.
Drill, bore and saw in one setup
After the spindle cuts the panel outline, the boring unit handles face and edge holes without transferring the workpiece to another machine.
- Boring configurations: 9V4H2S, 9V8H, 9V or 18V6H1S
- U angular axis for vertical or horizontal machining, ±90°
- Pneumatic stops for repeatable panel positioning
- Infrared light curtains stop the machine when the operating area is entered
